Grub: A Podcast about Food is a monthly feast for your ears featuring stories from around the world about the people who feed us and the food issues eating away at us.
The Grub podcast sates my curiosity about food beyond Niagara’s borders and includes interviews with the key players and soundscapes from kitchens and farms. Rather than writing about food, I wanted to talk about it, too.
Some of the folks I’ve interviewed include Love and Lemons creator Jeanine Donofrio; Kian Lam Kho, a James Beard award-winning blogger and cookbook author; author Jennifer Cockrall-King; and chef Kyle Paton.
